Once the order has been picked and packed, it will then be sent via your selected delivery method. Please note: Arrival times are dependent on item availability and ship-from location. For time constrained orders, please contact us beforehand for item availability.

Greek Sol will gladly offer a store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise within 10 days after receipt of the item(s).  All sale item(s) and conference sales are final. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued. The shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Therefore, your store credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only.

Item(s) returned after 10 days of receipt or show evidence of wear will be destroyed and not returned or exchanged.  You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s). Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only.
